Accomplished international trainer, facilitator, and coach with over 20 years' experience in the personal and leadership development arena. Internationally accredited Neurosemantic Coach, Certified Feminine Power Coach and Certified Feminine Power Facilitator. Founder of One Million Suns, a specialised coaching and training company that supports future forward workplaces to bring out the best in their women employees with the goal of increasing women in leadership positions. Prior to founding One Million Suns, ran a consultancy facilitating personal mastery, programme design and leadership development processes with a diverse range of people, organisations and communities. Expertise in design and delivery of dynamic, interactive and experiential trainings incorporating cutting edge, innovative methodologies. Keen interest in the intersections of power, race and gender and brings this understanding into all initiatives.
