Biography
I am a Family Meta-Coach specializing in Youth and Family relationships as well as Organizational Development of Family Corporations. I have a degree in AB Sociology from the University of Santo Tomas. I taught pre-school after graduation and had a short stint at a multi-national company before I joined The Little Gym Philippines where I worked closely with parents and teachers and eventually became the Managing Director for Operations. I got married in the year 2000 and had a child whom I home schooled before I decided to train as a meta-coach and eventually open my own company. My company is called X-Movere Meta-Coaching and Consulting (ex=out; movere=move - the Latin word for emotion).
I have acquired my Associate Certified Meta Coach license through the International Society of Neuro Semantics – an international organization founded by Dr. L. Michael Hall, PhD. I am very fortunate to have been trained directly by Dr. Hall himself. I am also a Certified Meta-NLP MASTER Practitioner. I am skilled in Sales, Management, Business and Organizational Development as well as enhancing husband and wife, parent and child, teacher and student, and family relationships.
I have always been fascinated about how people behave and what meanings people put into their thoughts, words, feelings and actions. I have been fortunate in my quest to learn more about this when I was introduced to Meta-NLP and Meta-Coaching by a friend who practices it. My personal and family life has changed since then. It is my hope that I can share what I have learned with as many families as I can and facilitate the metamorphosis of each of them, as they become the best version of themselves.
