I am an Executive Director of Penologic, a management and leadership development consultancy and the CEO of MATT WHITE International, a people-brand-business practice. The development of effective leadership and aligned teams across industries is identified as crucial to the success of future organisations. The focus of my work is the synthesis of strategy, organisational culture, brand and leadership to enable leaders and teams to optimise their performance subsequently delivering significant stakeholder value. Originally from Pietersburg (Polokwane) in the Limpopo province, I now reside in Johannesburg, South Africa from where I impact international businesses across the globe. With an entrepreneurial spirit I support leaders to successfully set-up, operate and improve business toward sustainable exponential growth. With depth of comprehension of what it takes to succeed in V.U.C.A. times (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) and business environments in global contexts, I support people who choose to achieve success through their ability to authentically show up, influence, motivate, collaborate and delegate to achieve results with the support, and in co-operation with others. My work with teams focusses on bringing increased collaboration, diminish complexity and enhance high-performing people characteristics. I weave neurology, physiology, psychology, brand and systemic models to align organisational systems in my work to support my coaching client or team, ensuring change is current, congruent and sustainable. My immersion through more than 6,000 hours of registered coaching experience, academic study and extensive training solidifies my coaching, consultation and facilitation skills and abilities. I am an International Neuro-semantics Institute Coaching & Behavioural Change associate, currently enrolled to complete a Diploma in Systemic Team Coaching in association with Henley Business School. In conjunction with the work I do as Neuro-integrator with leaders and leadership teams, I am a qualified brand practitioner, published author and international speaker.
